What is the difference between limited liability company and partnership in terms of registration?

What do you mean by ‘registration’ !!! Registration with who?!!!

Although you are expected to know what is meant by a partnership for Paper FA, you cannot be examined on any accounting aspects or on any legal aspects in this exam.
