can anybody explaine to me when meeting a question relavant to use building block model. From which aspect to start the model?
building block consist 6 dimension:
1. financial
2. competitiveness
3. resources utilisation
4. quality of services
5. flexibility
6. innovationunless the question specified the sequent, then have to follow and must complete and done
if question didn’t specify, use any to start with your most confidence and information you able to find in the question, just remember financial may need to prepare n contruct profit and loss statement may kill the timing if you unable to produce during time contraint, skip it or mention last (just a suggestion), do the most confidence
