orders met per employee- sir can this be a measure of flexibility under building block model?
gross profit per employee- for resource utilisation?
no.of repeat customers/total customers- for competitveness?
First one: No. It is resource utilisation.
Second one: No. It is financial. (They might just have increased prices resulting in a higher profit per employee, but that would not mean they were using resources better.)
Third one: Possibly (depending what other information there is in the question). More likely to be a measure of quality.
