Sir can we say all functional budgets are exclusively prepared for the production department?
If we can’t consider it that way then what’s the reason ?
No. Functional budgets are prepared for all functional departments. The sales department, the marketing department etc. are all functional departments.
Sir can you please give us an example of a functional budget prepared in the marketing department
Why do you want an example? They will simply budget for however much they intend to spend over the coming year on marketing. That will depend on how much marketing they are planning to do.
