PLs explain for me the difference between flexible budget and flexed budget?
Thank you very much,
Thao Huyen.
Have you not watched our free lectures? (Because they are both explained in the lecture and I am not going to type out the whole lecture here 🙂 )
A flexible budget is one that is prepared for various levels of activity.
A flexed budget is where the original budget is re-written for the actual level of activity.
When I read BPP book I am confused with these terms. I will watch all the lectures.
Your website is very useful for me.
Thank you very much 🙂 .
You are welcome 🙂
