Is preparing Material Purchase budget include in our syllabus or not??……..And what type of calculation may examiner give related to budgeting.??
You can be asked to prepare budgets – extracts from budgets, flxed budgets, rolling budgets etc.. However most of budgeting questions are mainly written about the purposes of budgeting, the problems with budgeting, the types of budget, the behavioural aspects, and the methods (incremental and zero based)
