Settlement discount and bad debts are not considered when we do calculations related to cash budgets right ?
It depends what you mean by not considered.
We are only showing the cash received in a cash budget and therefore both settlement discounts and bad debts mean that no cash is received in respect of them.
I mean when we do the calculations we do not take into account
