Sir, I knew you made mentioned of rolling budget( continuous budget) as one of the several Budget processes used by management in a firm . But a question from a past questioned asked for how to calculate the figures using rolling budget instead of using budget slack. Is there any lecture you are offering on this ?
I already knew flexed, fixed and flexible budget.I do explain what a rolling budget is in my lectures.
Please tell me which past question you are referring to (i.e. which exam).
Thank you sir but the question is a long one from exam kit and was all about preparing rolling budget, discussing the problems that occurred due to slack budgeting processes used. And the improvements through realistic rolling budgets.
The solution provided was not understanding as to how to prepare and apply rolling budget.
