Hi John!

There is a question(structured) in the KALAN kit, where it says what are the factors to consider for the business to implement a zero based budgeting?

-When it says ‘factors to consider’, what does it mean? Advantages or disadvantages? or something else? Could you please clarify?

It wants you to state what things you would need to do if you were going to prepare a zero based budget – it doesn’t want the advantages and disadvantages.
