I am having some issue to understand the idea of feed-forward control. Could you explain it?

Suppose you have prepared a budget for next month and realise you are going to make a loss.
As a result you might decide to change your plans (for example you might decide to increase the selling price) in order not to make a loss.
That is an example of feed-forward control.
