Hello professor, I know it is not subject related but you know better than others so I am asking you. Thank you.
I want to ask that I am going to appear in BT exam after 10 Sept but before 30 Sept so it will be considered as September attempt or December Attempt?

BT exams are all on-demand exams not session exams (held four times a year), so labelling them as a September or December sitting is not relevant. You pass when you pass.

Question on corporate governance
In the past I’ve adopted the King IV definition to corporate governance, of ethical and effective leadership.
But now I’m attempting the exams in the UK. Does it still suffice?

The Acca uses the UK Corporate Go Ervan e Code as an example of good practice.
I have not come across an ACCA question that requires King iv.
