Bronze industries

There is a question Bronze industries, which appeared in Dec 2015, in that question it was asked that Identify and explain FIVE internal control STRENGTHS in Bronze Industries Co’s payroll system

I would like to ask that , apart from the examiners answer which I have already read, I noticed that there were 3 more strengths mentioned in the scenario which in my opinion appears to be correct but they were not mentioned in examiners answer. The following are those 3 strengths

1)Sales and admin team are paid by bank transfer
2)Payroll standing files are sent to dept managers on quarterly basis for review
3)Hours worked are entered onto a preprinted payroll sheet by wages clerk

Can we write the above 3 strengths also? Are these 3 valid?
