Its in the exam tips that the bribery act might come up however the article from student accountant states it will not be examined until June 12. can anyone clarify if it is on the syllabus as i was lead to believe it is not in syllabus this session?

i noticed the same ‘will be examinable from June 2012’. Please can we have some more information.

You’re right – I should not have included it in the tips. I was simply carried away with the excitement that, at last, the UK is making a really positive effort at cleaning up business practices
