Why projects of marginal value should be avoided is a advantage of using breakthrough projects….Thanks.Qin
Seems to be marginal projects shouldn’t be avoided but the risk and return has to be carefully evaluated. Breakthrough projects sound like high returns but they will almost certainly have high risks of failure (inherent in the use of the word ‘breakthrough’). Where do you get this rubbish and why does that source not explain it?
