Hi
Do you have any questions relating to calculating breakeven points where there are step fixed costs involved? I came across a question in my revision kit where there were 2 breakeven points due to different levels of output having different fixed cost amounts.
Also, how would I plot this on a graph?
No – we don’t have any questions on it (because quite frankly I don’t think it is likely at F5 – it is more F2).
You would draw the graph in exactly the same way as for any fixed/variable cost.
