Sir as you said that in breach of representation, the remedy available is recession and damages, so the innocent party can rescind the contract and claim damages OR it can either rescind the contract or claim damages? both or any 1 between the 2?
And termination and recession means the same thing?

I did not say recession (I believe that you mean RESCISSION) or damages

I said rescission AND / OR damages

And, no, termination and rescission are NOT the same

If you watch the lectures, I explain what is meant by rescission
