1.Can a Charity sue a performer for breach of contract even if the performer is volunteering?
2. If yes. What would be considered as consideration in a contract between the Charity and a volunteering Performer?
What consideration has the charity given? If none, then “No” there is no contract because it’s not supported by two-way consideration
IF the charity has given ANYTHING at all of value for the performer’s attendance / performance, then, “Yes” the charity could sue
OK?
