Hi Sir,
I will like to find out if i have to practice the CBE OT questions also in the updated revision kit. Since I am doing the paper base examination in December.

You should do them because the level of difficulty is exactly the same. The only difference is that in the paper based exam you can be asked exactly the same question but will be given a choice of answers to choose from (instead of typing in an answer).
