For question 43 on page 16)
What is the company’s working capital requirement for the coming year (to one decimal place)
Here in the solution when computing the working capital required, why was cash not considered??
There is not enough information to be able to calculate what cash balance may be required. All we are able to consider are the receivables, inventory, and payables.
