does anyone know why in the answer to Q41 in the revision kit, they have calculated the cost of WIP and Finished goods as :
WIP = 35/365x$100m
FG= 40/365x$100m
When the question clearly stated that “$100m is the annual cost of goods sold of which the raw materials purchases account for 50% of the total.”
shouldn’t they proportion the 50% remaining of the COS to WIP and FG?
