Hi, in sample answer part (c), the premium of $0.50 is calculated as ($5.80 – $4.80) / 2.

Please may I know why the premium is not $1.00, but it needs to be divided by 2?

Because the shareholders are getting 1 new share for every 2 Nuvola shares.
