Hello Sir,
My problem is with question number 1 (c) of bpp kit.The taxable non saving income is 164000, savings income is 10,000 and dividend income is 5500. Income tax liability for SI have been calculated in the higher rate band which is 6000@40% and 4000@45%. Could you please explain me why this amount has been divided like this?
