Jogger Ltd. regarding the AIA deducted from machinery, is that supposed to be 500000 instead of 200 000 as the AIA was increased to 1 million in a 12 month period? Was the question not amended or did I miss something?

Yes! The allowance has increased to 1,000,000 annually so there is an error
