Hello sir, I know there has been some minor changes in PM syllabus. I have BPP revision kit suitable for exams sep 2020 to June 2021. Would it be ok to use this for Dec 2021 exam or would I have to buy new one?

It would be best to buy a new one, but you can use the one you have provided that you make sure you can deal with time series analysis, correlation and regression (both revision from Paper MA) and you study our notes on Big Data.
