Hi,

Could you please tell me how to calculate the FVA on Land on acq.?

I am doing this : 60 – 40 – 10 – 4 – 5(intangible asset) = 1

But the in answer, they don’t subtract the intangible asset of 5 which then gives a FVA on Land of 6.
