Hello, I have BPP P7 UK revision KIT, please can I use it to prepare for International version of P7 Exam, in addition to P7 INT`L exam questions from ACCA website.

If not, yes, you can use it. More important is the practicing of past examination questions or, actually, just reading through endlessly your revision kit
The differences between International and UK variants is consistently being eroded to the extent that there is now no UK option neither in F7 nor F8 even though these P level exams still are different .. but not by much!
If you were to look through the Revision kit that you have and compare the answers within that kit with the equivalent answers from the real exams in the International variant, you could well find it very difficult to spot the differences
