Neither Dookhan nor Donsantosh can guide you here – the material which suits them may be rather different than the material which suits you. Just because someone enjoys the taste of horse meat doesn’t mean that horse meat is to be recommended above, say, the more traditional cow’s meat.
Each one to their own. Personally, I don’t like eating fish, but that doesn’t mean that I would recommend chicken to you in pla(i)ce of fish
