If you’re using free lectures along with lecture notes, you probably don’t need a study text. The lectures contain everything you need to pass this exam. However, if you’re still determined to use a study text, i’d say Kaplan is preferable. There are lots of detailed examples for every topic which makes understanding them easier.

In any case, you must buy a revision kit from an approved publisher. TX-UK is all about practice. Its not enough to simply memorise the rules or understand the concepts. The syllabus is huge and you need practice every step of the way to pass it!

Thanks for the reply! That was very helpful. I usually use all the available resources to complete my studies, and so far I have used BPP materials and I wanted to make sure if Kaplan was better or not. Thank you so much for your response and good luck with your exams.
