Hi!
CAn you please tell me if I can use the BPP Dec 2015 Lectures to prepare for F7 Dec 2016?
Just make sure that the BPP lectures cover also IAS 41 Agriculture, disposal of subsidiary, foreign currency translation and IFRS 15
Otherwise you should be OK
Other than those topics mentioned above, substantially all the major topics are covered in my own lectures (consolidations, preparation of financial statements for a single entity, cash flows, interpretation) and all the topics are covered in the course notes

i have a BPP Text and revision kit for ACCA F7 For exams 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2016. Can I use this books for exam in September 2016?Hello Mike,

I am currently learning F7 in Kaplan books and OT notes (valid until June 2016 but unfortunately got 47% in June 2016 – first attempt and will resit this exam in September 2016).
My Kaplan book is covering
– IAS 41
– IFRS 15But not
– Disposal of a subsidiary (I saw in the updated Opentuition notes that this topic has been added in chapter 10)
– Foreign currency translation (I saw in the updated Opentuition notes that this topic has been added in chapter 30)Could you please confirm those last two mentioned changes are the only changes compared to previous Opentuition notes (which was valid until June 2016)? Or do we need to pay attention to other new topics?
