Hi I have been working through and completed both the open tution notes and bpp course texts but I do find when i read the bpp course texts notes at the end of the chapters, that all all the information is not contained in the OT notes, please confirm? Or is it just me?
October 19, 2014 at 7:07 pm #205007I’m sure you are right. BPP provides very comprehensive study texts. We provide only notes, so there must be a difference in coverage (you just need to consider the size of the two documents).
We are focussed on helping students achieve a pass mark and our notes and lectures will do that (provided you practise questions). I assume that BPP is focussed on providing extremely detailed information covering every part of the syllabus, no matter how obscure. Obviouslt they want their students to pass too.
You have to be honest with yourself. You could read all their material (all fine) but the counterbalance is how long that takes an how much you remember and understand?
Sometimes less is more.
October 20, 2014 at 12:10 pm #205098Thank you Gromit, I want to ensure that if i concentrate on the OT notes and pick up extras points from BPP notes, as well as exam practice, this should be more than enough to ensure a pass?
thanksOctober 20, 2014 at 3:58 pm #205119That should work fine. Listen to the OT live lectures also.
