Hello,
In the question, I can’t find the initial investment/capital expenditure of $5000000(as per answer)
Any help would be much appreciated.
Than you.BPP have taken the past exam question and made it shorter. In doing so they have mistakenly left out an important part of the question!!
If you look at the original exam question on the ACCA website, you will find that at the start of the question there was a table which showed the amount of investment needed – the $5M was given in the original question.
This is very poor of BPP 🙁
