Hi Tutor ,
The asset beta for implex is 0.757 , since both companies are in same business the asset betas are same .
Therefore Keu = 6+4*.757 = 9.028 but in the solution it is 9.18 ? is my calculation wrong or is it a typo on the solution ?Regards,
