To calculate the costs incurred for each seminar, why do they do the all inclusive fee per delegate less the contribution per seminar?
Doesn’t that give the selling price??
Because contribution = selling price – variable costs
and why do they only use the contribution per seminar for 400 places sold, what about 100 and 200?
Thanks in advance
Here we know the sellig price (fee) and the contribution – so missing variable cost can be calculated from the following:
Selling price – Contribution = Variable costs
