Please help me with this question.
Note (iv): Development co(dev cost) => Why do we have these two below adjustments?
Write off dev cost incurred to RE (50m-18m) = (32m)

Are you sure that you are referring to Paper FM and not Paper FR?
I have both the current edition of the FM Revision Kit, and also last years edition. Neither of them contains a question called Highveldt.
There was a past Paper FR (was Paper F7) called Highveldt – if you do mean this question then you need to ask in the Paper FR Ask the Tutor Forum.
