Sir option 3 says NPV is widely used in practice. But in the text book its clearly given that IRR is widely used in practice. So what is the right answer? Is the revision kit wrong?
Both IRR and NPV are widely used in practice.
The question does not have IRR being widely used as one of the choices of answer!!
I guess that you have not bothered watching my free lectures. They are a complete free course for Paper FM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well (including answering your question 🙂 )
