In Bpp kit, in the question Pete and Phil (193) under b section 🙂 how do we get the figure 34500 ?
In the question Afiya,196
Why it’s saying within nil rate band no tax to pay and PET becomes chargeable as donor dies within seven years?
In the question Alan,197
Why it says (transfers after 10 December 2011)?
Many thanks ?April 17, 2020 at 11:49 am

The old exam questions and answers have been updated for changes in legislation – you need to copy the question and part of the answer that you want explained from your current FA 2019 BPP material if I’m to be able to help you.April 18, 2020 at 2:51 pm

From what you have told me above I think you are using out of date material – as I have also stated above you MUST be using FA 2019 material and you are using FA 2018 material – you MUST use FA 2019!!
