I am wondering if any one is experiencing the same, I am trying to purchase ebook on BPP but the order is just not confirming.

BPP is mess lately. I ordered materials a month ago and I am still waiting for delivery. Really disappointing.
If you want to order something you need to call them as online purchasing system isn’t working.
