Hi! I’ve just bought 2 ebooks but I can’t download them, it keeps saying low network connectivity. I’ve full internet coverage and I tried from 3 different WiFi networks and 2 different devices. I also tried reinstalling the app and turning my devices on and off. I can still open the BPP books I bought before. Has this happened to anyone else and do you know how to fix it please? Thanks in advance, fingers crossed as I’ve tried multiple times now!
