Hi, I’m working on BPP revision kit and get stuck on 20.1. Why is allowance for receivables, at 1 November 2016 ON SOFP? I understand only allowance for receivables at 31 October 20×7 shall be included. Is the answer incorrect?

It is a mistake by BPP.

The allowance for receivables at 1 Nov 206 will not already on the SOFP.
