Hi,
Im struggling to understand the value for tangible fixed assets in this question. The amount we are given is 4200, but the note (iii) states that Wellman owns two properties, one worth 1350 and an investment property worth 375.
the amount for investment property makes sense and is given seperately, so I assume that the factory is the only tangible fixed asset. This being the case, how why doesnt the amount of 4200 get reduced down to 1350? Why is the amount of 4200 basically left intact in the answer?
presumably, the rest is plant!
