Can u plz explain these benefits calculations
Warehouse 25,000×50%x10= 125000
1) Does they relate the wage on time spend?
Purchasing 32,000×8.5/5= 54400
2) why using this 8.5/5 kindly explain

1. Yes. 10 people on $25,000 each spend half their time on matching GDNs to POs etc. New system does that automatically.
2 Purchasing staff are paid $32,000. More than one staff member is involved in dealing with delivery queries as the days per week amount to 8.5. This could be one staff member spending the entire 5 day week on it plus another spending 3.5 days per week. If this isn’t needed then the cost saving will be:
32,000 + 32,000 x 3.5/5 = 54,400 (as before)
