Is it enough if I just study with Opentution notes and then practice from BPP or Kaplan revision kit to clear the exam?
Or do I need to buy any of the study text as well ?

You do not "need" to buy a study text, but as you rightly say it is essential to purchase a revision/exam kit for Finance Act 2014. If you work through the course notes with the assistance of the lectures and examples you should be well prepared for the exam - good luck with your studies!
