Kindly suggest for F7 do I need to buy the text book or lectures are good enough for preparation for December 2017 exams?

Unless you fainted half way through the exam and had to be carried away to hospital, don’t give up hope
There are literally hundreds of students that, when they get their results, express absolute astonishment and claim that they cannot imagine where the marker found those marks
In answer to your question, September 2017 material should be fine for December 2017
