Hi,
anyone has book mentioned in the subject. In Information pack examiner wrote that 2 chapters are very useful when preparing for topic 8, please let me know if any one can provide/sell ebook.

You can currently get a paperback second hand copy of this on Amazon for less than a dollar. Obviously the shipping costs may be a bit high.
