is bonus always treated as an indirect cost even in the case if it is paid at a customer’s request to complete a specific order?
Yes. The customer would not request employees to be paid a bonus 🙂
i mean if the customer is requesting to complete a specific order it is possible that the employer gives its employees bonus to complete that order in time in that case will the bonus be indirect?
Only if it was classed as being overtime.
