Hi sir, the board of directors will be run by the chairman and the CEO will run the company.
Therefore, who is responsible for cascading the tone for internal control set by the CEO to lower levels ?
The senior management is responsible, not the board right ?

7y ago#1The Board runs the company. The Chairman runs board meetings.
IC is no different from any management function. The appropriate board member, probably the FD will give instructions/ delegate to the Chief accountant etc.
