sir in black scholes option pricing model if we get PA wrong will the wheol sum be wrong ?
since if PA is wrong D1 D2 AND N(D1) & N(D2) and hence all the variable required for the call option or put option formula will be wrong giving wrong value of the call option ?
You never lose marks twice for the same mistake in any of the ACCA exams.
If Pa is wrong then you will lose some marks, but you will still get full marks for the rest of the question if you have worked correctly using your figure for Pa.
