Sir, High court is
-binding on Magistrate court, Country court and Crown court
-bound by Supreme court, Court of appeal and European court of justice
Court of Appeal is
-binding on Magistrate court, Country court, Crown court, High court and itself
-bound by Supreme court, itself and European court of justice
Supreme court is
-binding on Magistrate court, Country court, Crown court, High court and Court of appeal
-bound by European court of justice
European court of justice is
-binding on everyone except itself
-bound by no one not even itself
