Hello sir.
How to determine the binding Constraint in such question.Check for each of the constraints where are not it is equal to the limit or is less than the limit for the optimal production levels that are given.
If the equation is equal to the limit then the constraint is binding. If it is less than the limit then it is not binding.
Sir but there is only one resource constraint rest two are demand constraint..
So how to choose between X or Y
Would it be X since at optimum
Solution the demand= constraint
And at optimum solution we have less than constrained demand for YThere are three constraints, The limiting ones are labour and the demand for X.
