I have watched the lecture notes on Budgeting from OT and there is a large piece on Beyond Budgeting. It basically states what is wrong with the current budget process and how this contemporary approach can assist with improving such a control mechanism.
However, it is not noted in my BPP revision notes and I just want to know if the video is outdated for current exam sittings?

HI,
The institute im attending currently has stated BEYOND BUDGETING & PERFORMANCE PRSIM is out of scope for 2016/ 17.
